Baking it on a ceramic plate makes it really fluffy and perfect for rice (^ ^)
The porcelain plate is “Fukkurasan” by Nagatani-en from Iga, next to Shigaraki.
Shigaraki and Iga are the ancient Biwako layer, which was the bottom of Lake Biwa long ago.
Clay suitable for pottery is deposited.
